In a recent partnership, Ballantine’s Whisky and the rapper Marcelo D2 launched a video manifest featuring the artist that addresses the matter of originality in the music industry. The video sets the tone for Ballantine’s new ad campaign and highlights the importance of maintaining your own authenticity despite what people say about your work.
This is the first time that a Brazilian artist is being represented by the #StayTrue concept. And Brazil Production Services, the go-to fixer for international companies needing to shoot in Brazil, was part of it. We sent our local bilingual crew to shoot Marcelo D2’s concert in Florianópolis where he performed for a crowded and excited audience.
